HEALING FROM HOLYQURAN (for blood pressure)

 FOR BLOOD PRESSURE

 وَ.الكظِمِينَ الغَيظَ وَالعَافِينَ عَنِ النًاسِ ط وَالًلهُ يُحِبً المُحسِنِينَ0

( سورۃ ال عمران-آیت 134)

A person who has blood pressure, if he/ she reads this ayat (101) times daily, Inshallah it will certainly benefit.
